grāz offers a variety of coffee drinks, nutrient-dense lunch options, and healthy products from local farmers and growers. grāz has a fresh-food lunch counter, a small grocery section, and an upper-level loft area which provides seating for people who want to dine in, study, or gather in small groups. Grab coffee through our drive-thru, or stop inside for some fresh groceries and healthy beauty products.

Chiffonade of red cabbage, green cabbage, and napa cabbage garnished with pickled yellow onions, scallions, chives, kimchi, lightly dressed rice noodles, honey roasted cashews and wonton sticks. Served with a side of sesame peanut dressing. (Add $1 for chicken or pork, $2 for steak)

Very Berry Salad – $9
A bed of spinach served with a side of mango salsa, strawberries, granola, and blueberry vinaigrette. (Add $1 for chicken or pork, $2 for steak)

Smokehouse Salad – $9
Mixed greens with shredded smoked gouda, bacon bits, candied walnuts, and dried cranberries. Serviced with honey mustard dressing. (Add $1 for chicken or pork, $2 for steak)

Romaine tossed with an Italian flavored olive oil dressing, marinated grape tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, drizzled with a balsamic reduction. (Add $1 for chicken or pork, $2 for steak)

Marinated flank steak served medium rare on a bed of red romaine and arugula, garnished with sauteed baby bells, gorgonzola, caramelized red onions, bacon bits, and crispy onion topping. Served with a creamy chimichurri dressing.

Italian – $8
A panini with house-made marinara, marinated Italian chicken breast, prosciutto, herb-roasted vegetable medley using red ones, zucchini, summer squash, carrots, and red peppers all served on house-made herb focaccia.

Vegetarian Club – $8
Coconut bacon, smoked gouda, lettuce, tomato, balsamic marinated portabella, served on toasted vegetarian whole wheat bread.

Monte Cristo – $8
Ham, turkey, mayonnaise, provolone cheese, served on a white bread panini and lightly dusted with confectioners’ sugar. Serviced with a side of honey strawberry sauce.

Marinated roast pork loin, black forest ham, house-made pickle slab, Dijon mustard, swiss cheese served as a panini on French bread.

Italian Veggie Hummus Wrap – $8
Roasted vegetable medley, leaf lettuce, dill Havarti wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla.

Smoked marinated chicken, marinated tomatoes, roasted cilantro garlic sour cream, guacamole, seasonal lettuce served on a whole grain tortilla.
